Innovators under 35

Lars Borchardt is named one of the ten leading innovators below 35 by MIT Technology Review. Famous recipients of this price include Sergey Brin (Google), Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook) and Daniel Ek (Spotify). We congratulate Lars for this honour.

Max Buchner Research Scholarship

As one of 17 German young chemists, Lars Borchardt has been awarded a 10'000 scholarship by the "DECHEMA". His work on the synthesis of porous polymers in the ball mill was honored by the jury as an innovative approach.

Daimler Benz Award

As one of 10 german postdoc researchers, Lars has been awarded a 40'000€ scholarship for his research into methane hydrate.
